**Note – This post specifies that our itinerary is “unofficial” because we are not about to officially PLAN a two year backpacking adventure around the world. It simply wouldn’t work. We know this adventure is going to take on a life of it’s own. Simple as that. The above route is not in perfect order and there are a lot of places on this list that we will go to and a lot of places that we won’t go to. And, we are sure… that there are also many places that are not listed, that we will end up in!

We will of course keep you updated, as our adventure unfolds… but as it stands right now, the above is our “unofficial itinerary” – if you would like to join us in any destination – DO IT!!!! Let us know and we will make sure to make that an official plan! As that is what this is all about, going with the flow, connecting with people, truly experiencing the world and having fun.

Love you all and hope to see you in….. ______________ (fill in the blank)

Awesome site. Ever thought of adding Sri Lanka to the list? A little off the beaten path but worth it when you are in India. Lots of different cultural influence, friendly people, safe and beautiful beaches. Must see would be Sigiriya, adam’s peak, and hikkaduwa beach. Be safe and all the best.

We were actually just talking about where we are going to go once in that area of the world. Sri Lanka came up as an option but we weren’t sure as it’s a place that we don’t know too much about yet. So thank you for the suggestion! Now that we have an actual recommendation with some suggested places we will add it to our list for sure.
